Mount Pearl Blades are the 2017-18 St. John’s Junior Hockey League champions following a 5-1 win over CBR Renegades Sunday at the Glacier. Its the 5th Junior Hockey title for Mount Pearl. They claimed titles in 1986, 2003, 2007 and 2009.
Michael Broaders, Mitchell McGrath, Stephen Predham, Jason Tavernor and Brad Normore scored for Mount Pearl.
