ESCOTT NAMED CENTRAL WEST MVP

The Central West Senior Hockey League handed out some of its season awards Saturday night in Gander.

 

Jordan Escott of the Gander Flyers was named the league’s most valuable player during the regular season.   Escott was also the top scorer in the league with 16 goals and 34 assists.

 

Ganders Rick Shephard was named coach of the year

 

Brad Power of the Flyers takes home the rookie of the year award.
