CLARENVILLE WIN WEST CENTRAL SEMI FINAL

It will be the Clarenville Caribous and the Gander Flyers to decide the Central West senior hockey championship and the right to go to the 2018 Herder Memorial Trophy final.

 

In dramatic fashion its was Keith Delaney with the game winning goal in overtime that clinched the best of seven semi-final for games to one for the Caribous over the Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts.

 

Chris Sparkes, Kevin Reid, Brandon Roach and Ryan Desrosiers scored in regulation time for the Caribous.

 

Nick Lidstrom, Danny Wicks, Michael Hynes and Kyle McGirk scored for the Cataracts.

 

The best of final series begins next weekend in Gander.
