Memorial University has named it’s athletes of the week and both are from the Memorial Swimming team.
Ryan George is the Memorial male athlete of the week after winning three events at the Dalhousie Invitational. George secured first place finishes in the 50M, 100M, and 200M Backstroke and helped his team finish third overall in the team standings
Jasmine Foran is the Memorial female athlete of the week following multiple strong performances at the Dalhousie Invitational. Foran had first place finishes in the 200M Individual Medley, the 50M Breaststroke, the 100M Breaststroke.
