Coady Barron scored three goals leading Roebothan, McKay and Marshall Avalon Capitals to a 5-4 win over St. John’s Caps in St John’s junior hockey play Saturday.
Iain Gambin and Cameron Dunne had the other markers.
Casey Hancock scored twice for the losers and Kyle Lind and Dylan McKenzie had the other markers.
Tyler Hennessey scored his second goal of the game in overtime lifting CBR Renegades to a 7-6 win over Mount Pearl Blades. were down 5 – 0 at the end of the first period.
Brad Connors, Blake Fudge, Tyler Nickson, Nick David, Lucas Lush, and Luke Peddle had the other goals for CBR.
Mike Maloney scored twice for the Blades with singles from Daniel Toope, Stephen Predham, Colin O’Neil and Grant Thompson.

Tyler Nixon notched the winner in overtime and CBR Renegades edged Southern Shore Breakers 6-5 in St John’s Junior Hockey action Friday night.
The Breakers had a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes and the teams were tied 3 all heading to the third.
Blake Fudge, Tyler Wall and Lush contributed goals in regulation time for the winners.
Blake Dalton had three goals for the Breakers with singles from Liam Hynes and A J Doyle.
In another contest Moorfrost C-B-N Stars scored four second period goals and down Northeast Eagles 9-4.
Riley Deering had two goals for the winners. Michael Mason, Ryan Williams, Mitchell Lewis, Mark Barrett, Cass Warren, Ryan Dawson and Josh Rogers added singles.
Stephen Kennedy, Ben Roberts, Max French and James Locke scored for the Eagles.
