Matt Colbourne scored in the shootout, his third goal of the game and the Corner Brook Royals edge Deer Lake Red Wings 5-4 in west coast senior hockey play.
Tyler Hunt and Ryan Hawco scored for the Royals also in regulation time.
In another contest Friday night Tristian Butt scored twice and Port aux Basques Mariners edged Stephenville Jets 5-4.
