ST JOHNS EDGE SIGN TWO PLAYERS

The St. John’s Edge have announced their first two signings and both are from the United States.

Gavin Thurman is a six eight forward and Charles Hinkle is a six five guard.

 

 

Gavin Thurman is six eight and is 23 years old and hails from Wichita Kansas
Played for three seasons as a forward at Missouri State…As a junior, appeared in 26 games and made one start, averaging 6.0 points and 2.4 rebounds per game…Scored a season-high 19 points on 3-for-3 shooting from 3 in a 73-61 win at Southeastern Missouri State…Totalled a career-high 21 points as a freshman against No. 20 Wichita State…In his sophomore season, averaged 5.7 points and 2.0 rebounds per game…Appeared in 29 games with one start as a sophomore…Hit 25 3s and finished shooting 36.8 percent from 3-point range in sophomore season..

 

 

 

Charles Henkle is 6 foot five and 29 year old. He is from Los Alamitos California.
