Mike Furlong of Bally Haly claimed the men’s amateur and Men;s Mid Amateur titles at the Royal LePage provincial golf championships at the Wilds. He shot a 74 in the final round for a three round total of 218. George Chaulk, Nikashantess Penashue and Nathan Peters ties for second with totals of 228 in the mens amateur. Chaulk finished second.
Chaulk won the men’s senior title with a three round total of 228. Chuck Conley was second one strike back.
Don Boland claimed the mens super senior title. He shot a three round total of 228. Colin Budgell was second with a total of 245.
Judy Gillam claimed the women’s amateur title and mid amateur championships and seniors and super seniors title. She had a three round score of 254. Janet Mills placed second in the amateur with a total after three rounds of 257.
