HYNES NAMED MVP OF TOURNAMENT

Liam Hynes of the Southern Shore Breakers was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2017 Don Johnson Memorial Cup Junior B Hockey championships.

 

Hynes in the four round robin games had seven goals and eight assists for 15 points and was also the top scorer in the tournament.

 

Also three members of the Breakers were named to the all-star team.

 

Hynes was also named as a forward to the all-star team and was joined by forward Peter Kavanagh and defenseman Matthew Templeman
