The Southern Shore Breakers finish the round robin portion of the Don Johnson Cup with a 2-2 record after a 6-5 loss Friday afternoon to Cap Pele of New Brunswick.
The New Brunswick were up 4-3 after two periods the Breakers tied the game at five all with a little over 16 minutes to play but the winners gets a late goal and get the win.Donovan Warren, Blake Dalton, Justin David, Peter Kavanagh and Tyler Templeman shared in the Shore scoring.
LATE GAME THURSDAY
the Breakers suffered their first loss 3-1 to Fredericton Office Interiors Caps the Host team.
Liam Hynes and Shane Kavanagh had the Shore goals. for Hynes he has 12 points in three games with seven goals and five assists .
EARLY THURSDAY
Southern Shore Breakers won their second game at the Don Johnson Memorial Cup on Thursday defeating Pictou County Scotians of Nova Scotia 8-5.
Peter Kavanagh and Blake Dalton scored two goals apiece for the Breakers. Liam Hynes had a single and four assists and now has 11 points in two games. Claud Mouliason and Justin David with the other goals for the Shore.
