The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts made it two weekend wins over the Clarenville Caribous Sunday with a 5-2 decision.

Five players shared in the scoring for the Cats, Kyle McGuirk, Andrew Brennan, Colin Circelli, Micheal Brent and Alex Dalley.

Ryan Derosiers and Keith Delaney had the Clarenville goals.

 

S A T U R D A Y 

The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts spoiled the home opener for the Clarenville Caribous Saturday night.

Brandon Bussey scored at 9:47 of the third periods and it proved to be the winning goal as the Cataracts edged the Caribous 2-1. Rodi Short had the other Cats goal in the second period.

Mason Reid connected for the Caribous.

Same teams play again on Sunday.
