Newfoundland and Labrador curling skip Brad Gushue has a health issue and won’t be participating in the StuSells Oakville Tankard this week and next weeks Shorty Jenkins Classic.
Gushue says he has a hip/groin issue which he says doesn’t need surgery but he will need some more time before he starts curling again.
He says this week Adam Spenser will fill in for him and next week Charles Thomas will curl in his place.
