St Lawrence made it two wins over Corner Brook with a 4-1 win Sunday. Sean Edwards, Stefan Slaney, Grant Slaney and Paul Slaney shared in the Laurentians goals. Tiuri Momond, Logan McIssac and Patrick Fewer replied for Corner Brook.

Stefan Slaney scored a pair of goals and the St. Lawrence Laurentians came away with a 3-nothing win over Corner Brook in Challenge Cup play Saturday. The other goal was scored by Jordi Slaney. Slaney also gets credit with the shutout.
Mitchell Barry scored at 64 minutes and that was good enough for Mount Pearl to upset Holy Cross Kirby Group 1-nothing. Brandon Noseworthy gets the shutout. That win by Mount Pearl means they clinch second place in the league standings.
