The Newfoundland Sports community is mourning the loss today of a well known Newfoundland athlete, a Rugby player and a Powerlifter.
Details of funeral arrangements for St. John’s Athlete Danny King who passed away suddenly this week, have been made public. His remains are resting at Carnells Funeral Home on Freshwater Road. Visitation will be held Friday from noon until 8 p.m. A celebration of his life will be held at St. James United Church on Elizabeth Avenue, Saturday at ten o clock. A private family interment will follow.
