23 year old Brandon Hynes, a native of Norris Point continues to lead the Central West Hockey League scoring race at the half way point of the season.
Norris, who is with the Corner Brook Royals, has 15 goals and 12 assists in 14 games for the Royals for 27 points.
Just eight points behind are Cam Fergus of the Cataracts who hails from Brantford Ontario and Ryan Salvis of the Royals who comes from Toronto Ontario. Both players have 21 points. For Fergus its seven goals and 14 assists in his 11 games while Salvis has six goals and 15 assists in 14 games.
