It took 13 round in the shootout but the corner Brook Royals edge Clarenville 4-3.
And the Cataracts get a 4-3 shootout win over the Gander Flyers. Arron Asham had all the Flyers goals in regulation time. Mike Brent had two for the Cats and Cam Fergus a single.

The Cataracts skate to a 7-4 win over the Gander Flyers Saturday night.
Cam Fergus scored twice for the Cataracts. Luke Gallant, Danny Wicks, Michael Brent, Rodi Short and Sam Hounsell added singles.
Evan Cheverie had two of the Flyers goals, Jodan Escott and Andrew Ryan had the other goals.
The Clarenville Caribous shutout the Corner Brook Royals 3-nothing. Franklin McDonald with two goals and Brandon Roach a single.
