Brian Kielly scored 16 points and Mike Pope added 14 as Swilers defeated George Street Beer Marker 52-43 in one of three Metro Basketball games Thursday night. Dave Banfield hooped 13 points for the losers and Terry Follett added 11.
M5 defeat Fougere Menctenton Architects 45-28. Dave Smith and Sean Fitzgerald had ten points each for the winners and Rob Menchenton ten points for the losers.
And in the third game Atlantic Woodworking defeated ACW Law 49-33. Mark Squires was top scorer for the winners with 12 points and Leon Peddle had ten points for the losers.
