ST. JOHN’S, NL – The NL Girls Baseball 14U teams captured Gold and Bronze medals at the 2025 14U Girls Baseball Atlantic Championships held in Bedford, NS this past weekend.
This is back to back Championships and Bronze medals for Team NL at the 14U Atlantics.
In the Bronze Medal Game on Sunday afternoon Team NL (Burgundy) defeated Team PEI 9 – 8 in a thrilling come from behind walk-off win.
POG: Sophia Wilton (CB)
Team NL (Burgundy) finished 3rd place in the round robin with a 2W – 1L record. Team NL (Burgundy) lost to team NS1 in the semi-final game on Sunday morning.
POG; Sophie Chippett (MP)
In the Gold Medal Game on Sunday afternoon, Team NL (Black) defeated Team NS 4 – 1 in a very well played baseball game.
POG: Olivia Dawe (PAS)
Team NL (Black) finished 1st place in the round robin with a 3W- 0 L record and advanced to the Gold Medal game by defeating Team PEI 4 – 1 in the semi-final game on Sunday morning.
