The regular season in Corner Brook senior baseball came to an end on Tuesday night as the Monarchs defeated the Aces 5-3.
Brad Brewer picks up the win in this contest. He pitched a complete game allowing three runs on eight hits. He issued five free passes and recorded one strikeout.
Ryan Park started for the Aces and goes four and one third innings. He was tagged for the five runs on three hits. He walked five and had one strikeout. Steve Kelly finished the game. He gave up one hit and walked two.
Brian Bennett of the Aces was the game’s top batter with a three for three performance.

The best of five semi-final playoffs start on Thursday night at six o clock when the Monarchs face the Hawks. That will be followed at 8:30 with Marlins facing the Aces.
