ST. JOHN’S MINOR BASEBALL OFFERING WINTER BASEBALL

SJMBA is pleased to offer our new indoor league that will take place
throughout the 2020-2021 season. These leagues are designed to allow for
live at bats and game situations to be practiced throughout the fall and
winter.
Sessions will be conducted by our staff and they will provide coaching and
feedback throughout the game.
Players will be provided with a reversible jersey with their registration.
Teams will be selected and rearranged each week.

7U Indoor League

This program is offered to both male & female players aged 6 & 7 (2014 &
2015).
There will be one 4-week session offered before the summer season:
February 28th, March 7th, 14th and 21st, 2021
Sessions will take place every Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the
Techniplex. Sessions will include a practice component in addition to a full
game.
DETAILS
• 4 sessions – 8 hours in total
•All sessions will be at the Techniplex
•Experienced instructors from St. John’s Amateur Baseball
•Excellent instructor-player ratio (26 players per session maximum)
COST – $180.00 for a single session
9U Indoor League

This program is offered to both male and female players aged 8 & 9 (2011
& 2012 in the Fall session and 2012 & 2013 in the Winter Session).
There will be two 4-week sessions offered before the summer season:
Session 1 – October 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th, 2020
Session 2 – January 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th, 2021
Sessions will take place every Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the
Techniplex. Sessions will include a practice component in addition to a full
game.

• 4 sessions – 8 hours in total
•All sessions will be at the Techniplex
• Head Instructor – Charlie Kelly
•Experienced instructors from St. John’s Amateur Baseball
•Excellent instructor-player ratio (26 players per session maximum)
COST – $180.00 for a single session
11U Indoor League

This program is offered to both male and female players aged 10 & 11
(2009 & 2010 in the Fall session and 2010 & 2011 in the Winter Session).
There will be three 4-week sessions offered before the summer season:
Session 1 – November 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd, 2020
Session 2 – January 31st, February 7th, 14th and 21st, 2021
Session 3 – March 28th, April 11th, 18th and 25th, 2021
Sessions will take place every Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the
Techniplex.

12U Indoor League

This program is offered to female players aged 10, 11 & 12 (2008, 2009 &
2010).
There will be one 4-week session offered before the summer season:
November 29th, December 6th, 13th and 20th, 2020
Sessions will take place every Sunday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the
Techniplex. Sessions will include a practice component in addition to a full
game.
DETAILS
• 4 sessions – 8 hours in total
•All sessions will be at the Techniplex
• Head Instructor – Kristyn Coley
•Experienced instructors with an emphasis on female staff
•Excellent instructor-player ratio (26 players per session maximum)
COST – $180.00 for a single session

REGISTRATION

Registration will started on MONDAY, Sept 21st, 2020 for all 2020 programs.
Registration will commence on MONDAY, Nov 23rd, 2020 for all 2021 programs.
You can register your son or daughter in one of two ways:
• On-line through our web site – www.baseballstjohns.ca. Payment in full must
be made when you register. You will be able to pay on-line through PayPal or
any major credit card.
• If unable to register on-line, you can contact Kristyn Coley (Executive Director
– kristyn@sjmba.ca) or (709) 693-8287. Kristyn will expect payment through
e-transfer.
