NEWHOOK TO STAY AT BOSTON COLLEGE

St. John’s native Alex Newhook has confirmed he will be staying with Boston College next season.

He was named the rookie of the year in the college ranks this past season.

Newhook is a prospect for the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL as he was picked 16th in the 2019 NHL draft. He had 19 goals and 42 points this past season with Boston College.
