SHOOTOUT IN JUNIOR HOCKEY FRIDAY

C-B-N STARS 11–SOUTHERN SHORE BREAKERS 8

It was a shootout at the Bay Roberts Arena Friday night in St. John’s Junior Hockey as the C-B-N Stars won it with an 11-8 decision over Southern Shore.

David Hibbs had two goals for CBN and the rest came from Like Akerman, Braedon Carlson, Cameron Simms,, Ryan Petten, Ryan Williams, Mark Barrett, Lucas Wiseman, Kyle Tetford and Michael Hopkins.

Scoring for the Shore Noah Dinn with two and singles from Shamus Sloane, Brendan Houlihan, Dylan Wickland, Cameron Forward and A J Doyle.

CBN led 3-1 after the first period and were up 8-5 going to the final frame.
