2 NFLDERS TO ATTEND NATIONAL JR HOCKEY SELECTION CAMP

Two Newfoundlander ‘s who are now playing hockey away from home have been selected to attend the Canadian National Junior Hockey teams Selection Camp.

That takes place in Oakville Ontario December 9th to 12th

 

 

Alex Newhook of St. John’s is playing hockey this season with Boston College.

He has played 13 games so far this season and has six goals and five assists.

 

 

Dawson Mercer of Bay Roberts is honing his skills with Drummondville in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.

He has played 23 games and has 17 goals and 19 assists for 36 points.
