The Newfoundland Growlers Hockey team will play their last season at Mile One this season..

The Owner of the hockey team Dean MacDonald , has confirmed for THE SPORTSPAGE,  he has a news conference set for Tuesday  to discuss the future of the hockey team.

It’s no secret that the team has been trying to workout an agreement with the city on a lease arrangement for Mile One and have come up against a brick wall. 

So add the Growlers to the list of professional teams that  will leave the city.
