Veteran runner Colin Fewer won the 2019 Tely Ten his third straight and his 11th of his career Sunday.
Fewer crossed the finish line at Bannerman Road in 49 minutes and 51 seconds which was ten seconds slower than his win in 2018 and his second fastest time in this event. The course record is held by Paul McCloy who ran the ten mile distance in 47:55 in 1996.
The female first finisher was Ann Johnson who finished with a new female record of 54:28. She ran the course in 2015 in a time of 58:58. The previous fastest time by a lady was Nicola Will in 1986 in 55:47
