David Freake was second in 25:27 and Mark Greene was third in 26:11.
Kate Bazley was the first female across the finish line in a time of 26 minutes and 28 seconds.
Anne Johnston was second in 26:38 and Jennifer Murrin third in 26:43. 380 runners finished the race.
