RENEGADES DOUBLE STARS IN JR HOCKEY

S A T U R D A Y

Three second period goals was all CB Renegades needed as they doubles CBN Stars 4-2 Saturday night.

Steve Predham, Nick Gosse, Tyler Wall and Blake Fudge scored for the winners.

Steven Moore and Kyle Tetford replied for the Stars. 

And a game that went into overtime Southern Shore edged Northeast Eagles 7-6 Donovan Warren led the winners with two goals. Shane Kavanagh, Blake Dalton, Chandler Warren, Noah Dinn and Brendan Houlihan added singles.  Kyle Rumsey, Kyle Champion, James Locke, Stephen Kennedy, Ben Roberts and Max French replied for the Eagles. 

 

St. John’s Caps downed the Roebothan McKay and Marshall Avalon Capitals 9-1. Dylan MacKenzie had two goals for the winners. Danny Rice, Michael Noseworthy, Liam Maher, Andrew McIntosh and Murray Byrne had singles. Coady Barron replied for the Avalon Capitals.

 

 

 

 

 

F R I D A Y

Two games were played in St. John’s Junior Hockey League Friday night.

The first place Mount Pearl Blades continued to roll along as they won their 19th game of the season with a 5-nothing win over CBN Stars.

The scoring was split between Jarred Ostroski, James O’Brien, Kyle Stevens, Jack Keough and Colin O’Neill. Mitch Ryan was in goal for the shutout.

In the second contest Southern Shore Breakers came away with a 7-3 win over Roebothan,McKay and Marshall Avalon Capitals.

Roland Power, A. J. Doyle and Blake Dalton had two goals each with the single from Kieran O’Driscoll.

Ryan Fahey, Eric Hutchings and Owen Windsor replied for the Capitals.
