Deer Lake Red Wings remain undefeated after two games in the West Coast Senior Hockey League. Saturday night they defeated Port aux Basques Mariners 5-1 in Port aux Basques.
Jalen Gillard and Luke Parsons had two goals each for the Red Wings and Zack Applin had a single.

The Corner Brook Royals defeated the Port aux Basques Mariners 13-3 Friday night at the Bruce Arena in Port aux Basques in West Coast senior hockey play. Andrew Stagg had three goals for the Royals in this game Matt Colbourne had three goals and four assists, Ryan Roche two goals and two assists, Nick Childs two goals and four assists, Jeremy Bishop two goals and three assists, Scott Delaney one goal and two assists. Nick Evans, Chad Leriche and Paul Barter replied for the Mariners. Saturday night Deer Lake travel to Port aux Basques.
