REPORTS SAY NFLDER COULD BE DRAFTED HIGH IN NHL DRAFT

The National Hockey League draft is set now for October 6th and 7th and a Newfoundlander is ranked to go high in this draft.

According to the latest NHL draft Dawson Mercer of Carbonear is ranked 13th overall for this draft. 

In the NHL Draft Guide they say that he picks apart on-the-puck defenders in much the same way an elite NFL quarterback breaks down defensive coverages — one read, one component at a time.
