LOCAL BASEBALL MOURNS LOSS OF TWO VOLUNTEERS

The sports fraternity in St. John’s and in particular the Baseball community are mourning the loss of two people. 

Mike Buist the director of St. John’s Minor Baseball and Bill Campbell a long time baseball coach with Guards baseball teams  passed away during the weekend. 

Funeral service for Mike Buist will be held Thursday morning at 9:30 at the Basilica.

The funeral service for Bill Campbell will be held at one o’clock  Thursday at Barrett’s.
