Fewer, Bazeley win TELY 10 2021

ST. JOHN’S, Newfoundland – Colin Fewer and Kate Bazeley win the annual TELY 10, 10 mile (16km) road race in St John’s this morning. Fewer with a time of 50:52 and Bazeley with a 50:06. Bazely was first female and 3rd place over all. Second place finisher was Mark Greene at 54:37.

Normally run in the warm summer months, this year’s Tely 10 was pushed off until today, Oct 31st, due to continuing COVID-19 concerns and restriction. last year’s race was cancelled outright. It was a cold morning of -3C with frost on the ground when the race started in Paradise, NL at 0800hrs this morning.

Being it was a Halloween Tely 10 many runners donned costumes. Even The Joker put in a good time …see more photos below.
