C-B-R Renegades moved into first place in the St. John’s Junior Hockey League standings as they downed Avalon Capitals 3-1. The Renegades are now 13-2-2 on the sason and the Capitals 6-10.
Aaron Peach, Drew Stonehouse and Tyler Wall shared in the scoring for the Renegades. Jared Lush replied for the Capitals.

St. John’s Cap’s improved to (9-5-1) on the season as they downed Trinity Placentia Flyers (6-8-1) 4-1.
Paul Norman, Thomas Hagan, Dylan MacKenzie and Kyle McGrath shared in the scoring for the winners. Mitchell Lawlor had the lone goal for the Flyers.

Jacob Gill scored a hat trick leading C-B-R Renegades past Southern Shore Breakers 5-2 in one of two St. John’s Junior Hockey League games Friday night.
Drew Stonehouse contributed two goals and Alex Doody had a single.
Logan Brothers and Noah Dinn replied for the Shore.
