BOLAND LEADS BATTING RACE IN SENIOR SOFTBALL

Shane Boland of Kelly’s Pub Molson Bulldogs has the early lead in the batting race in the St. John’s Senior Men’s Fastpitch Softball League.

Boland has 11 hits in 20 official appearances at the plate for a .550 batting average.

Colin Walsh of 3 Cheers Pub Dodgers is in second place with a .480 average. He has 12 hits in 25 plate appearances.

Mark Power with The Bigs is in third place with eight hits in 18 plate appearances for a .444 batting average.
