MEMORIAL WOMEN WIN TWO IN AUS SOCCER

Memorial made it two wins over St. Mary’s Sunday with a 5-1 win at King George Fifth .Nicole Torraville and Holly O’Neill had two goals and Stacey Hanlon a single.

The men’s team lost 3-nothing to SMU Sunday. Their second loss of the weekend.

S A T U R D A Y

Lauren Taylor scored three goals and Memorial blanked St. Mary’s 6-nothing in AUS women’s soccer play Saturday. Holly O’Neill, Kate Hickey and Nicolle Torraville added singles. Sydney Walsh made four saves in getting the shutout.

The Memorial men’s team fell 4-3 to SMU. Harry Carter, Jacob Grant and Kyle Williams had the goals.

The University cross country season scheduled ton start this weekend was cancelled because of the storm that is to hit the Maritimes.
