MOUNT PEARL SETTLE FOR SILVER AT DON JOHNSON CUP

Mount Pearl Blades settled for the silver medal at te 2018 Don Johnson Memorial Cup as they fell 4-1 to the host Kameron Junior Miners. The Miners had a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes of play and carried a 3-1 lead into the third period.

James O’Brien had the Mount Pearl goal in the second period.

The shots on goal were close with the host team having 25 and the Blades 23.
