The Grand Falls Windsor Cataracts have given Newfoundland its third Allan Cup in Allan Cup history.
The Cataracts defeated Lacombe Generals 7-4 in the championship game.
The Corner Brook Royals won the Allan Cup in 1986, the Clarenville Caribous won the top amateur prize in 2011.
Stuart McCrae led the Cataracts with a four point performance three goals and one assist. Collin Circelli also had four points with two goals and two assists. Matt Bragg and Matthew Stefanishion added singles.
